Theater Rental

$1350/week

or

$350/night

Some discounts available with negotiation or see our BIPOC Artists’ Fund below.

  • Week-long rentals can be contracted up to 18 months in advance

  • Single day rentals can be contracted no earlier than 2 months in advance

Rehearsal Room(s)

$25/rehearsal for 4 hours

  • Longer rehearsals are subject to higher rates.

  • Rehearsal rooms can be booked up to six months in advance.

  • The Pink room can not be rented during performances due to sound carry.

  • Certain activities will not be booked in any room during performance events due to sound carry.

Thanks to the generosity of donors, in July of 2020 Arts Nest established a designated fund for subsidizing performances by BIPOC artists.

BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color.

BIPOC artists and organizations can utilize this fund to rent Phoenix Theater for performance events at a significantly reduced cost.

To apply, BIPOC artists and organizations can simply fill out the theater’s usual Rental Inquiry Form and indicate their interest in the BIPOC Rental Subsidy.
