Kendra Yarke (she/her) is so excited to be in Stolen Focus alongside this talented cast. She is usually an improviser, and you can catch her Friday nights at Camp Bar doing improv with Actors’ Theater. She is also a company member and program manager of Smartmouth Comedy, where she gets to perform and write with so many funny femme artists! She hopes you enjoy the show and that it helps you find some focus! Much love to her smokin’ hot fiancé Alex for always supporting her passion of doing bits!
Starla Larson (she/her) or Star as her friends called her has worked with many companies such as, Savage Umbrella, Raw Sugar Theater, Little Lifeboats, Gadfly Theater and Nimbus Theater. She has enjoyed being a part of the collaborative process in creating many new plays in the Twin Cities area. Including working with See Saw Theater Lab in adapting Ray Bradbury's, "The Halloween Tree."
Sandi Flahn (she/they) is excited for her debut show at the Phoenix Theater! During the day, she is a part time barista and video game enjoyer; all around nerd. Recent credits: EPE: Alice by Heart (Clarissa/Queen of Diamonds); UMD: Great Comet 1812 (Ensemble). They’ll also be making their co-choreographer debut at the Lyric Arts for The Music Man this summer! Sandi would like to thank everyone involved with this show for their support and collaboration, as well as thanking her friends and family.
Isabelle Hopewell (she/her) is a Minneapolis-based interdisciplinary theatre artist and educator. Isabelle holds a BFA in Acting and a BA in Journalism from the University of Minnesota-Duluth where she graduated with Latin and Departmental honors. She has performed at numerous theaters across the state. Favorite credits include Stupid F*ing Bird (Nina), Silent Sky (Henrietta), and These Shining Lives (Charlotte). You can find out more on her website: isabellehopewell.com or keep up with her on social media @ihopewell17.
Diego Symouksavanh (he/him) is an actor and model within the twin cities. He has a passion for puppetry, voiceover, and sound design. His most recent work includes: The Rocky Horror Show with Orthogonal Productions, Twelfth Night with The Shakesqueer Ensemble, and Love in a time of hate with Teatro Del Pueblo
Mike Dee (he/him) is an actor, voice-over artist, improviser, game show host, and probably too many other things. Having gotten back into theater as an adult 10 years ago, he's worked his way through improv, haunt acting, stage acting, and many other theatrical works. You can also see him with Jesters Comedy Improv. His voice-over site is thisismikedee.com.
Mickaylee Shaughnessy (she/her) has been performing in the Twin Cities for over fifteen years. This is her fourth(?) show with Phoenix/Arts Nest. It's good to be back. She has also worked with Green T Productions, Fearless Comedy Productions, HardCover Theater, Six Elements Theater, Cromulent Shakespeare and Maximum Verbosity.
Holly Ness (she/her) is thrilled to be stage managing Stolen Focus—and keep an eye out, as she’s also making a brief appearance in the show as the “Stage Manager.” Blink and you’ll miss it! Since graduating from St. Olaf College in 2019 with a focus in directing and stage management, she has been involved in multiple small productions around the Twin Cities. She keeps busy with various odd jobs at the Phoenix Theater and teaches theater classes for kids at Locally Grown Theater. When she’s not in the theater, Holly shares her love of storytelling by teaching kids how to play Dungeons & Dragons in an afterschool program—and if you ever need a Baldur’s Gate 3 expert, she’s your go-to!
